Hello and thank you for deciding to check out Quit Smoking Forever Guide. This program is based on my own experiences as a smoker of over 25 high tar cigarettes daily for a number of years.

So now you know that, unlike other programs, it is actually based on the experiences of a real smoker who has been there and done it. Do the companies producing nicotine patches know what it’s like to be a smoker? Do all the hypnotists know what it’s like to be a smoker? The difference is that I do.

Why is this important? Because only someone who has successfully stopped smoking can tell others how to stop. Would you trust an electrician to fix the oil leak in your car? Of course not.

When I was a smoker, I looked for all kinds of ways to stop. I tried them all, patches, willpower, you name it. Then I stumbled upon a totally different way of thinking in the battle against stopping smoking. I met some people who gave up in different ways and I read more about these different techniques, this different approach to quitting.

This online guide is different. You should keep smoking whilst reading this guide (yes, keep smoking!) and read in order from start to finish (see site map for online chapter order).

Like a good recipe, do not pick and choose, read out of order or miss some chapters or you will end up with a bad tasting cake!

Simply read this online guide in order and keep an open mind.

I would say “good luck” but stopping smoking has nothing to do with luck. Just enjoy yourself!
