Breathe More Easily

Smoking directly affects the circulatory system. The smoke goes into our lungs and chemicals are exchanged directly into the bloodstream. The noxious cocktail of hazardous substances has a bad effect on the arteries, veins, capillaries and organs of your body.
Imagine filling up your car with low quality unfiltered gasoline - this is similar to what happens to your body.
Now let’s forget the negative for a second and concentrate on the positive. Think about where you are now - if you stop smoking then the only way is up!
Imagine if your old banger of a car were to have an engine rebuild, the oil replaced with higher grade stuff and a high quality gasoline used instead of the unfiltered junk that you had been using before. Take it out for a spin and you’ll get better performance, reliability and mileage. Your car and it’s engine will literally breathe more easily. When you think about it, your car is no different to your body. When you stop smoking you will straight away feel the benefits of being able to breathe and move more easily.
