Mind Sync is a long established website that offers hypnosis audio downloads with a difference. As well as traditional methods, these audios also utilise brainwave harmonics, NLP and subliminal suggestion techniques all credible scientific methods.

Mind Sync are the only people I know that offer this type of audio. There used to be another company but when I last checked, their website was down and no longer working:

<Mindsync affiliate program>

You can also read more about the technologies here:

Your body is already starting to clear itself of the months and years of smoking that it has been put through. But what if there was a way to accelerate this process?

“Lung Detox” is a program designed to detoxify your body. It also claims to help you stop smoking although personally, I cannot vouch for those claims. Besides, you don’t need that particular feature of this program because you are now a non-smoker anyway.

However, this program does show you how you can use specific exercises and vitamins to detoxify your body, lower your dangerous triglyceride levels and open up your capillaries. All this has started to happen already but why not accelerate the process?

You can find out more about Lung Detox here:

Are you addicted to marijuana or cannabis? Although you smoke it, marijuana addiction is different to cigarette addiction (but similar also). Gary Evans, the self-styled “Cannabis Coach”, used to be a cannabis addict himself and now helps other addicts with his easy audio 12-step plan to freedom from marijuana and cannabis addiction.

The time has come.

Light that final cigarette and take a good look at it - this will be your final cigarette. In 5 minutes time you will be a non-smoker and never need or desire a cigarette again. While you smoke that cigarette, let’s recap:

You now know not to trust the so-called “experts” who don’t really understand what smoking is. Trust and have faith in someone who has been there and done it, not the medical profession.
You’ve been an addict all this time - addicted to cigarettes. You know exactly how cigarette addiction works and you’re above it. You’re too good for it.
You know that most people use willpower and it’s exactly what the addiction wants. You know your addiction better than most people, you’ve second guessed it and it’s pathetic attempts to lure you in.
You can see a brighter future for yourself. You’re so happy to be returning to normality, to a healthier future of freedom.
You are prepared for the first couple of days after stopping and you know to expect that it will first feel a little strange. It’s not willpower but just the death throes of the Nicodemon, it’s a last attempt of your drowning addiction to confuse you into starting again. Smile to yourself as your Nicodemon addiction drowns itself.
You know that me and many others have successfully stopped smoking forever and now live healthier and more enjoyable lives. You know it’s possible because every day more and more people quit smoking forever using the knowledge that you now have. You know it’s possible and you trust me and others that you can do it too. What’s more, at this very moment you want nothing more than a smoke free future, you almost can’t wait for it.

Now, you’re ready for that final step…

Now, put out that cigarette and feel the Nicodemon/addictive mindset dying and rapidly leaving your body. Feel the cells of your body recovering, minute by minute, as you start a new chapter in your life - a life of freedom.

Cigarettes will never again be a part of your life. Welcome

Have you ever seen the film “Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade”?

There is a part of the film near the end where Indy must take a “leap of faith” - literally, across a canyon.

It seems to him like there is nowhere for him to go. He cannot return back to where he came from but there is simply no way forward. In fact, if he tries to go forward then surely he will fail and fall into the canyon to his death?

But he knows better. He knows that he can go forward because the evidence tells him that he must. Despite his immediate senses telling him that he will surely fall to his death, he knows better so he closes his eyes and takes a step forward into the unknown.

Immediately, the path is revealed before him and he was right to believe in himself. The path was always there, he knew there must be a path but he just couldn’t see it. Knowing that there was always a path, he took that leap of faith and was rewarded for his courage.

By now, you should be ready to stop smoking for good and be looking forward to a life of freedom that you had almost forgotten was there for the taking.

But in case you still have a tiny seed of doubt about whether you can stop smoking forever and if you ever smoke again (that’s the addiction working on your brain there!), it’s worth considering this “leap of faith” that you are about to take.

Remember that I, personally, have stopped smoking successfully using this method. Remember that many other people have successfully stopped smoking using this method. I have never had a desire to have a cigarette ever again, I have never pined for a cigarette and I have never needed to use willpower. I see my addiction for what it is.

Trust in me that, even though you are not yet on the other side, you soon will be. Trust in me and not any addiction talking inside your head and affecting your powers of logic. Trust in me completely because I have been exactly where you are now and come through on the other side in once piece. Trust in me that I know that you can do this.

Before I stopped smoking, I learned to understand my addiction in the same way that you have also been doing. I was looking forward to a life of freedom. But I still had a tiny seed of doubt. I could not logically argue it, I knew that it was just the addiction talking but I still could not shut out what I felt - I guess that you cannot deny your feelings, no matter how much logic you use.

I decided to make a leap of faith and trust in what others had told me. I trusted them because they understood me and they convinced me that they knew and understood what it was like to be a smoker. Even though everyone told me that you can only quit using willpower and patches, I took the leap of faith and trusted that I was in good hands.

You can do this now too. Imagine you are standing above the canyon like Indiana Jones. Across the gap is your future - a new you, without cigarettes. Below you is what looks like certain failure. Behind you is your present existence and future decades of smoking that you never want to return to. What you see below you is your addiction trying to keep you as a smoker, trying to fool you using fear and confusion.

But you know better than that. You won’t be rattled by fear when you know there is a better way. You will close your eyes and take that leap forward because you trust and you know that there is a better way.

So you’ve come to that final junction and in 4 pages time, you will smoke your last cigarette. Actually, let me rephrase that:

So you’ve come to that first junction and now you can start on your great journey of freedom for the rest of your life.

See the difference?

You’ve come a long way. No doubt you have used the useless methods that the establishment want you to use - the willpower, the patches etc. - all these things that have chained you and turned you into a nice money making investment for other people.

Now, you can choose now to discard your addiction, to see it for what it really is. An almost cleverly designed intelligent tool made to enslave men. So intelligent, that it will make them do the most irrational things in the name of perpetuating its vicious cycle.

You’ve seen how there are many myths about this addiction and you’ve blown them all out of the water. You know how this addiction works, how it sucks people in and keeps them coming back for more. But you’re above all that. You’re better than that.

You can look outside and see what the addiction really is. You can trust that some enlightened people like me have been there and done it and are now non-smokers, with no desire for a cigarette, no use of willpower and feel free just as I did before I started to smoke.

You know that you can easily do this too because you fully understand how your addiction works. As you take that final step, you also know what to expect on this very different journey to any that you have taken before.

Now is the time for you to have faith in not just me but also yourself. Have faith in your inner self, you are an incredible person who can achieve incredible things. Soon you will be a non-smoker.

Its nearly time for you to start your new life.

But before we march, full steam ahead, lets make sure that you are happy and in the correct state of mind.

If you still have any lingering doubts about anything that you have read, then turn back to that page and read again before pressing ahead. If you need to, re-read the book as many times as you need to until you are happy. Sometimes, cigarette addicts need to go through the method a few times to digest it properly, before they are happy to proceed.

But this time, as you read, remind yourself of:

your overwhelming renewed desire for freedom
your new complete understanding of what addiction is
your knowledge that addiction will try to twist your logic and reject good advice

Dont use this as an opportunity to delay your stopping smoking because your addiction is rousing your fears of the unknown or to set a future quit date. This is your addiction talking to you and trying to convince you to use your unsuccessful old tricks. Refer back if you need to, but when youre ready, remember that your freedom is just moments away why delay it? Youre better than that!

So what should you do with your ashtrays and cigarette lighters?

Well, first let’s see what most people do. Most people quit using willpower so they worry about distractions and bad influences. So most people throw out any ashtrays and lighters. They don’t want to have any smoking tools handy in case they start again. They also think that throwing them out is a positive statement of their action.

And then what do they do? When they start to smoke again, they buy new ashtrays and lighters! I should invest in the stock of these manufacturers because these are such great cash cow investments!

So what should you do? You will not be stopping smoking by willpower. You will be using logic to understand your addiction and stop smoking because you no longer have a desire to smoke anymore and you choose not to.

Superstition will not help you to stop smoking and you don’t need it - you prefer logic. So whether you keep the ashtrays and lighters or not should not have any effect on your success in stopping. Anyway, you WILL succeed at stopping smoking - there is no question of that, so the presence of ashtrays and lighters is IRRELEVANT.

Lighters can be handy for other things such as lighting candles so keep hold of them. Ashtrays are also useful for visitors to your home who are smokers. Whether you decide that now is the time for a smoke free atmosphere and banish them to your back yard, or whether you still permit smoking inside your house - they are going to need an ashtray so they don’t make a mess.

Keep your ashtrays and lighters, they will be handy. You are way above needing superstitions to help you quit smoking.

We examined the Nicodemon earlier. Let’s look at him again, and his own death after you have stopped smoking.

We established that the Nicodemon is a personification of addiction that many cigarette and ex-cigarette smokers have used. You don’t have to be religious or a person of faith to symbolise the state of addiction on the mind as a convenient personification like the Nicodemon.

Cigarette addiction is so insidious and intelligent in the way that it hooks people and keeps them coming back for more. So it’s no wonder that people liken the addiction to being demonised.

When you will shortly stop smoking, you will feel a little strange at first. This is not “willpower”, but the illogical feelings that can be summed up as “the Nicodemon”.

a feeling of not knowing where you are
a feeling of fragility
a feeling of the unknown
no cravings but a feeling that things have unnecessarily changed

What I’m trying to get at here is that you will feel different after stopping smoking. You can liken these feelings to the Nicodemon. You have already understood what addiction is so you will not get any cravings or need any willpower.

But the Nicodemon is still trying for a day or two to make you change your mind. These feelings of confusion are what happen when you say goodbye to an addiction. It’s the Nicodemon’s last attempt to get you to start smoking again. It failed on willpower so it tries to confuse you.

In fact, some people even claim to hear “voices” inside their head. I’m not talking about full blow schizophrenia or multiple personality syndrome - this is just your asking questions of yourself. Think of it as the Nicodemon, or the confusing after effects of coming out of an addiction.

OK, I know all the above might sound crazy to you! I’m not asking you to believe in demons if you don’t already. But “the Nicodemon” is a nice and easy way to personify your feelings in the first couple of days after you stop smoking.

If you feel strange, then just put it down to “the Nicodemon”. It’s an easy way to forget about it and move on. And after a couple of days you will no longer be confused. You will have your new bearings. You will know who you are and where you are. You will be looking forward to a life of freedom.

Let’s revisit again that analogy of when you move house. Have you ever noticed how strange it is in a new house after you have moved? All the door handles are different. You have different doors, sinks and even toilets to use and get used to. Yet, a couple of days later and you are well into the swing of things. Stopping smoking is a very similar process. When you get used to your new surroundings then the Nicodemon has been killed off, never to return!

When you extinguish your final cigarette you may feel some small elation or you may feel nothing at all.

Over the next few hours and days, it is normal to feel a kind of “void” or emptiness. This is perfectly normal to notice this change. After all, you used to smoke cigarettes and they became a part of your life. No longer will they be a part of your life.

Don’t mistake feeling a little weird for wanting a cigarette. They are two totally different things. You won’t crave a cigarette at all. You’ll feel a little strange due to the change and even more so that you do not desire a cigarette anymore.

These feelings are normal with huge changes to your life.

Have you ever moved house and noticed that the first night in a new place is very strange. There’s something that you can’t quite explain but it just doesn’t feel “normal”, it doesn’t feel like what you have been used to. But have you noticed that it only takes a few days to get used to the changes? Within this short space of time, you notice how well you are adapting to your new surroundings, to the new curtains or knowing how to jiggle the key quickly to get the new front door to open. It’s the little things that you notice.

Smoking is no different. It’s just a case of getting used to your new life as a non-smoker.

Another example is when you lose a loved one. Despite immediate peculiar feelings, life does eventually get back to normal. Eventually, the date of death becomes defining in your life. You move on and your daily routine returns to normal. Things will never be the same but the date of their death becomes more significant. You no longer grieve or are in a grave emotional state but you are changed for it.

Stopping smoking is very similar to losing a loved one but is also different. The mental after effects of stopping smoking are obviously nowhere near as severe as losing someone - at most you will simply feel a mild but strange sensation of a change in the world around you. This will pass in a few days and less than a week. After these few days, you will actually be getting used to being a non-smoker.

You will notice the small details which will become very clear to you - such as seeing the poor smoking addicts outside buildings getting their fix, wondering why you ever started smoking, being so glad that you don’t need to spend money every day on useless cigarettes, noticing that you don’t have to clean up ashtrays all the time and noticing how you have more free time to do other things instead of smoking.

Don’t be worried when you experience a “void”. It is not a true void - you have lost nothing. You are simply getting your new bearings.

You need not worry about this because I will share with you now what to expect from the moment you extinguish your last cigarette and in the first few days after.

Remember, we are not using willpower here. You won’t suffer from cravings but this is uncharted territory for you, stopping smoking using your mind and no drugs or willpower. In uncharted territory, a helping hand can give a lot of comfort.

Allow me to give you some insight into your future. You may, naturally, be a little apprehensive about life after smoking.

As I’ve already explained, you will become like a non-smoker, but with even more knowledge about addiction. I want to tell you about your future because when you see yourself being there then you’re already half way to getting there. I believe strongly in visualising where you want to be. It may sound corny to you but nearly all successful people in life use this tool - by seeing their future ahead of them and combining it with a strong desire to achieve it, they ALWAYS do. Here’s a preview of what you can expect.

You’ll very quickly forget about smoking and your old lifestyle. The first few days as a non-smoker are covered in greater detail in the next section but, in general, in the weeks and months that pass by as a non-smoker, you’ll find them incredibly normal and without event.

The only unusual thing will be your friends marvelling (especially old friends that you do not see often) when they find out that you have stopped smoking. It’s a humbling experience but at the same time there is an inner glow of achievement and satisfaction on your part, and also a desire to spread the word to other people.

Get on with life as normal. Set yourself some new goals with the new confidence, free time and money that you have and carry on with life, achieving these goals of yours.

As the years go by, you’ll smile when you look back and remember how you used to be a smoker. It will seem almost incredible to you that you were actually once an addict. It will seem as if you that was a totally different person to who you are now. You’ll feel gratitude that you found a path out of addiction. Your life will have also moved on by then and at various milestones in your life, you will occasionally look back for perspective and see your old self, as a smoker.

You’ll look at smokers and see them for what they really are, addicts. You may have the urge to help them all but ultimately you can only help them so much, because you know that addicts are deluded and you can’t push your advice on them. The only thing that you can do is agree to help if they seek it from you. Their desire to find out how to quit is the most important step that they can take.

Are you excited yet about your new life ahead as a non-smoker? A life of freedom to choose and say “no” to addiction and watch it evaporate before you? There is nothing to fear and there are only positives to gain. You have a whole life ahead of you and most of the time you will not even be looking back on your smoking “career” but instead looking ahead to a better, healthier life and a free mind.
