Meditation

Meditation can be useful for some people to help them stop smoking but ultimately, they are still using the willpower method.
This is because they use meditation to free their minds of the stresses that they can no longer use cigarettes as a tool to deal with (or so they think).
It’s really just an extension of the willpower method. When you meditate, unless you get incredible lucky, then you are unlikely to understand what addiction truly is. Unless you are lucky, then you only understand what addiction is when someone else tells you and opens your eyes.
Meditation is a positive thing to do in general, it’s a great method of self-development that can help to unlock your inner self and be more at piece with yourself and your place in this world.
But for stopping smoking, the most that meditation can do for you is to help deal with the distractions of cravings of the still-addicted person who has tried to stop using willpower - NOT YOU!
