No More Mr. Stinky

It’s well known that smokers stink. I never used to understand what people meant by “stinky smokers”. I grew up in a household where both parents smoked (and myself and my brother would go on to become smokers ourselves) and I never understood when people said that smokers stink.
Then I started smoking myself and whilst I was at college, I would have a quick smoke before lectures and then hook up with a buddy. “Dude, you stink!” - he would say.
I would be quite offended by his statements and even responded bluntly a couple of times. But in the years since I have stopped smoking and redeveloped my sense of smell, I can totally see where he is coming from.
I personally find that the smell of someone who has just had a cigarette is disgusting. It is not the same as the smell of smoke, it is worse! Trust me when I say that you stink!
And if you still don’t believe me, have you ever dated a girl or a man who didn’t smoke whilst you got through your pack a day? Very few non-smokers will date a smoker. They simply cannot stand the smokers breath, let alone the smoke that is always hanging in the air and clinging to everything that it touches.
Maybe you even have a pet dog or a cat - have you ever smelled the fur of your pet? The poor thing is being smoked out constantly like a piece of Scottish salmon but for longer and with more toxic smoke!
Hopefully now you can see the smell impact that smoking has, if you didn’t before. The great news is that you will soon be able to look forward to regaining your sense of smell and not offending the majority of the adult population who don’t smoke.
